Well you can sell off the wood. I just bought some salvaged wood for $5 a foot! People making old looking tables etc. pay top dollar for it. You could also make the goods yourself!
I have thought of selling it by the bundle; we have several festivals in the area. Did not know people would pay that much, tho. Thanks again.
It’s worth a heck of a lot more if you make things out of it then sell it! The salvaging company will give you a dime on the dollar! I will post what I did with mine during the week, when I have time. Maybe you will get an idea:]
Thanks, that would be great! 🙂
Oh my goodness! It looks so much like our old sheep pen! We built a new one from bricks and mortar.,The old one was left to its own devices. Hubby recently patched it up for feed storage.I must try to find a before pic 🙂
You should break bits of wood into pieces about 2 foot long and roughly paint on words like Love doesn’t hurt, Home is where the heart is (put a barbed wire heart on it), Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, etc Sell ’em for a mint!!!
Wow, those are great ideas! Thanks so much! I should have titled this photo ‘Big Bad Wolf strikes again!’ In this case, time and the elements, and sad to admit … neglect!
Impressive one. I loved especially with th fog… Thank you dear Sheila, love, nia
Thank you so much, Nia. Pretty eerie, right? The fog moved through the barn’s skeletal structure. I felt like I was in a cemetery!
Love the image in the fog, very ominous . . .
Thanks, Bonnie. I am just sick over it. It is too costly to repair. I am going to post a couple more photos of its better side.
This picture is so deep.
thanks for commenting. my brother let the barn run down to its sad state and now that I own the property it is beyond repair. 😦

Pleasure!
WOW! LOOKS LIKE A T-REX (THE COLLAPSED PART IS THE HEAD)!
You are right, Melba. Sad to say, in these parts, it is becoming a dying breed.
great shot and too bad it will be gone in time…
Thanks, Joanna. Appreciate your empathy.
