A day off to stop and smell the roses

I had the day off from work on Friday. After a signing performance for the Sisters of Providence at St. Mary of the Woods I captured a couple of spring beauties there, then stopped in Fairbanks Park in Terre Haute for a few more.

Fall Reflection

I recently updated my Facebook page with this cover photo and realized I haven’t shared it here. I entered it in the artistic category of a recent Nature Conservancy photo competition but it was not selected. I did have one of my wildlife photos selected so I will share that with you all soon.
