Deborah Anderson wins Best of Show, other RCAA members place at CBAA Associate Member show


My photo on giclée canvas titled “I Spy With My Little Eye” took First Place honors in this show. I am blessed and sincerely thank the Covered Bridge Art Association for the opportunity to achieve another great honor.

Best Of Show: Together Through Turmoil, wood inlay by Deborah Anderson Best Of Show: Together Through Turmoil, wood inlay by Deborah Anderson

Four River City Art Association members have award-winning artwork in the Covered Bridge Art Association Associate Members Show on display this month in The Art Gallery in Rockville, Indiana.

Best of Show went to Deborah Anderson for her wood inlay piece “Together Through Turmoil.” In addition to this Blue Ribbon winner, Anderson’s second wood inlay entry, “All That Jazz,” received an Honorable Mention in the annual show.

Anderson’s work has received numerous awards at competitions throughout the state including last year’s Associate Members show.

RCAA founding member Monty “Indiana” Jones received Blue Ribbon honors for his painting titled “King of the Oak.” Jones also received a Second Place for his painting, “Hawthorn Park Trail.” Jones also was a winner at last year’s show.
