‘Tennessee Whiskey’ and ‘Blossoming Madly’ on display in Covered Bridge country

Tennessee Whiskey and Blossoming Madly

Very honored to be in the company of several artists with more talent in their little pinky who are featured in the July Associate Members Show at the Covered Bridge Art Association Gallery in Rockville, Indiana.

Among the 32 works in this show, I have two entries in the photography category and both received awards.

“Tennessee Whiskey,” a double exposure image on aluminum, was awarded Second Place. The judge wrote, “A good eye to see this makes a great photo. Fun title. Well framed.”

An Honorable Mention went to my abstract image titled “Blossoming Madly,” which the judge noted, “Makes one want to explore more closely. Imaginative.”

A closing reception is scheduled 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 29, in CBAA’s Gallery at 124 W. Ohio St. on the Parke County Courthouse square.
