Another honor for my photography-based digital art abstraction titled “Party Girl.”

On Aug. 3, I received a First Place at the River City Art Association 10th Annual Juried Exhibition awards ceremony in First Financial Bank at Terre Haute, Indiana.

Juror and artist David Erickson, also professor emeritus of art at Indiana State University in Terre Haute, selected the winners.

All 82 works by 29 artists in the exhibition remain on display during regular banking hours through Aug. 30. In September, “Party Girl” and other winning entries will be on display in First Financial’s Springhill Branch in Terre Haute.

“Party Girl” made her debut in the 2018 Juried Exhibition at Arts Illiana Gallery in Terre Haute. . . read more.
