‘Party Girl’ among works in Arts Illiana Juried Art Exhibition

I am excited to announce that my photography-based digital art abstraction, retitled “Party Girl,” was selected by jury process for the 2018 Juried Art Exhibition at Arts Illiana Gallery in Terre Haute.

(In a previous blog post I titled this piece “Midnight Revelry” but decided “Party Girl” was a more provocative impression conveyed by the curvature resembling  a woman’s torso.)

Guest jurors Philip and Brenda Milliren of Terre Haute selected 58 pieces by 36 artists from Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Kentucky for this regional exhibition.

A closing reception is set for 6 to 9 p.m. July 20 in the gallery at 23 N. Sixth St. in downtown Terre Haute.  Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
