‘Jazz and Blues’ on display at Greek’s Pizzeria – Terre Haute


Excited that my “Jazz and Blues” diptych will be displayed in Greek’s Pizzeria at 600 Wabash Ave. in Terre Haute for a few months. Thank you owner Justin Fox!

“Jazz” received a Third Place in an exhibition during Union Hospital’s 125th anniversary celebration in 2017.

“Blues,” created using the same photographic image, also is floated off white acrylic.

Both photography-based abstract art pieces were created using a photo I made of a flower on a cactus that only blooms once at year and at night!

‘Jazz’ and ‘Dr. Scully’ honored at Union Hospital 125th anniversary art exhibition

I am pleased yet humbled to announce that two of  my art pieces received honors in this juried exhibition of so many talented Wabash Valley artists! My “Jazz” is a digital art abstraction, and “Dr. Scully,” a personal tribute to Dr. William Scully, my beloved Terre Haute pediatrician and former Chief of Medical and Dental Staff at Union Hospital, Terre Haute.

Eight River City Art Association members have award-winning works in the “Celebration of Care” juried art exhibition Nov. 12-21 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
